A few steps before the flower turns into food
1. Chop up the florets

2. Toss them into a pan of cold water. Then turn up the heat.

3. Let it boil a little. Even better with a steamer. Must be al dente.

4. Drain and shred the florets into rice-like pieces in a food processor.
